Someone was shaking Zaen's shoulder. He stirred.
"Wake up, kid. Seriously. I come home and I find you layin' on the floor like a murder victim."

Look at your delving into flash fiction while I was away! And damn, I'm diggin' it!
I really enjoy the short and choppy sentences; they add to a quickening pace that matches the growing insanity of the piece. It's weird in the best of ways...if creepy was meant to be good.

Nicely done with the repetition of the opening/ending line.
